Full or Split Tunnel on VPN

As the subject states, I'm curious what everyone does with their VPNs. We have always been on split tunnel. However, I'm thinking about making a case to change this to full tunnel for security reasons.

We have a dedicated fiber line so we should be able to handle the increased traffic.

Is it really worth it in the grand scheme of things?
