From 0 to 100 — from network architect to CISO?

Until recently, I worked as a network architecture consultant with a broad range of interests and expertise. I've now transitioned into information security, while also exploring conflict management, argumentation theory, psychology, and related fields. This has shaped my approach to be very human/employee-focused.

However, my official experience in information security is primarily academic. Although I've had some project management training, I have not held a position with budget responsibility—this was typically the client's domain.
