The government site redirects to a USPS site. Just to check, I went through Tor. The USPS site is blocking Tor and various anonymizers. I tried five different anonymizers and the site blocked them all. So I looked at their privacy policies.
Their privacy disclosure states that they may disclose your information "to agencies and entities to facilitate or resolve financial transactions", among others. This makes me uncomfortable. Many of my patients owe huge hospital bills. Will they disclose the …
