found spyware on my laptop

throwaway because i don't know what else my school monitors.

i am 14 and live in Belgium and found safe exam browser([https://safeexambrowser.org/news\_en.html](https://safeexambrowser.org/news_en.html)) on my laptop that i bought from school and was wondering if this is illegal in belgium?

And how do i find out if there is more spyware on my laptop?
