Found out my data was leaked. What to do?

So I was reading [this article](https://www.headphonesty.com/2024/01/deezer-gets-caught-historic-mother-breaches/) and realized they've mentioned a bunch of websites/apps I use. So decided to check if I'm affected and it turns out I am!

I don't have much experience or knowledge on this so sorry for the very noob question. But what does it mean exactly and what should I do next?
