Found a so-called infinite file transfer website that doesn't let you refuse their TOS (FromSmash)

I've been informed of this website an hour ago and while looking through their terms of service (which you litterally cannot refuse), It apparently doesn't have a transfer limit but at the cost of having to give them numerous amounts of data about whatever they can collect. Has anyone been familiar with that service??
