force show caller id? how is it possible?

a friend has a Chinese phone that runs both IOS and android, and he is switching between the two. i don't know where he got it, but another friend of his has one also. its a clone of iphone 12 pro i think.

but the fantastic thing is that every time he gets a call from a blocked number its gives him the option to show the number. and it shows the number.
