Find hidden cameras in property?

Hello,

I've recently moved into my first home and I'm pretty sure the previous owner had set up cameras inside and outside the house (as they mentioned this before in previous communications). I believe they may have AirBnb or rented it so maybe used to keep an eye on their property while renting it out.

I'm not totally convinced that all cameras have been removed, is there a way I can search or find them somehow?
