Feeling lost in cybersecurity | Red Team, Blue Team , Purple Team , | Mental health in cyber

Hello,

So the thing is I am really really lost in cybersecurity.

I work as a SOC lvl 1 but I want to be a DFIR in the future , so maybe I should go to a penetration tester position , or a threat hunter position ?

Yeah I feel overwhelmed , I realise those positions require some years of experience and I work only for 3 months.

And I am really afraid of learning things that are outdated but …
