Falcon on my personal devices?

My office had a legitimate hack and our cyber security is installing Falcon on our work computers. We are also being told we have to install on our personal devices that access company docs such as my phone. I already granted limited access so I could have google suite on my phone. Just worried about my privacy w these concessions. It would be difficult to function at work if my phone didn’t have access.
