Fake Windows Update

Hi--I'm an IT consultant who works with individuals mostly. I had a client who got hit with a McAfee scam. The attackers tricked them into installing malware that created a remote control backdoor. Occasionally my client would see the blue "Windows is Updating" screen - which looked real, but in truth the attackers were working \*behind\* the blue screen.
