Fake emails from executives *Microsoft Exchange*

Looking for advice :) My company has taken in a lot of these fake emails using an executives name and demanding help buying gift cards etc.
In my mind there should be easy logic on our Microsoft spam filter that if we can put permissions on emails coming from executives names but their emails don't match their company email it will go to SPAM inbox.
