Fake account using my photos and catfish and Facebook won’t take the profile down, help?

Some creep hacked my boyfriends moms Facebook and instagram, apparently went through her information, started taking my pictures off the internet and cat fishing people with this account. I’ve had multiple people report it, including the people this person has catfished. They responded to my boyfriends report and said the profile doesn’t go against the guidelines. The fake profile also messaged me. I’m seriously just disgusted and over facebook, is there any way to contact someone directly about this issue?
