Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age www.reddit.com

Hi there

My apartment in the UK has had an issue with unauthorised use of the residential gym and is trying to crackdown on it. They’ve started installing facial recognition pods for entry which does a deep 3D scan of your face to match against records before allowing entry.

Whilst they are also providing an opt out solution, I was wondering what is the absolute worst case scenario if my 3D scan was stolen in a data breach?
