F-Secure and protecting endpoints. What do you use? It's time for us to renew.

Currently, we use Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response on our endpoints. Our subscription is up at the beginning of April so I am looking into if we should renew or switch. I was told to look into F-Secure by a local MSP based on their experience of it catching things that Malwarebytes does not.
Does anyone have experience with F-Secure and what are your thoughts? Do you have any other suggestions to look at?
