Expand ransomware reporting to all sectors, says Atlantic Council report

Policymakers should expand incident reporting around ransom payments while providing tax breaks to the small and medium-sized businesses that make up the majority of victims, concludes an Atlantic Council’s Cyber Statecraft Initiative report released Aug. 2.
