I want to run malware in a Windows 7 VM (Virtual Box) and then extract the RAM and analyze it with Volatility.

In doing so, I want to avoid the malware spreading network-wise through my host to my LAN. In various info articles it is recommended to set the network adapter of the VM to host-only or NAT.
