Exabeam SIEM POC

We are planning to introduce Exabeam as Siem in our company. For this we will do a POC and would like to do internal pentests to check that the promised detection also works. What would you check for? Are there any known weaknesses or disadvantages of Exabeam? As it' s designed for user and device behavior detection, there may be other things to focus on.
