End of Developers, Programmers, Engineers?

The Stability CEO said there will be no Programmers in 5 years. I would challenge that with asking the following question. Will we allow AI to be autonomous and create all code without human oversight? If so, we will have no idea what the code is and have no control to debug it or understand it. Is this the world we want to experience and be a part of? What effects will this have on cybersecurity?
