Encrypted journal app that values privacy

Is there a journal app (iOS) or just any text editor that’s encrypted? I want to cathartically write my thoughts down for my mental health. I tried Penzu because that’s what the internet recommended but I looked at their privacy policy and was like 😬 it doesn’t sound very secure, plus some sources said that it’s a scam (especially the “military-level encryption).
