Employer wants Movius installed on personal phone-help

Apparently the app creates a new phone number. Not sure how much of the entire cell is tracked? iMessages etc?

How would you sandbox this? I have multiple i phones at home. Was thinking getting a burner sim, creating a clean iCloud account and have employer install Movius on that device. Thoughts?

I wouldn’t be running any personal stuff On this phone but I’m concerned about physical location tracking.
