Employee monitoring software - Personal Laptop (Risks?)

I'm going to work for a company and while skimming through the requirements, they mentioned that I need to install Teramind (A employee monitoring software) I googled it and it can see everything I do while it is on. They also have instructions how to turn it off.
My worry is since I'm using my own laptop, will they be able to see all my data in the laptop? I plan to use another Local User for work with Windows …
