Email Security admins, how are you dealing with mail encryption services?

So as the title says, how are you admins dealing with the increased usage of mail encryption services like virtru, m365 Protected message, zix, and even when spammers share dropbox, box files directly with the emailed recipient? These services arent immune to abuse.
