Email being used for fake(?) crypto. Need help

Hey. As the title suggests, I've been getting a lot of what seem to be spam calls/emails relating to dodgy crypto companies recently. I'm not rdally sure why or how my email is being contacted, as I'm not a person who uses these coins and stuff
