EC-Council CEH

Is it worth it? For context I have 3+ years experience in different blue team domains(Endpoint Security, SOC Analyst). I have been interested in learning the red team side so is it wise to go for CEH?

If anyone has done CEH I would like to know how hands-on the training & exam is as well as if it helped progress in your career.
