There was a scandal a few years ago, in my country, about WhatsApp audios leaked between government officials.
My questions and doubts are:
* Isn't WhatsApp supposed to have end to end encryption?
* How can a reporter get this information?
* Can a contact working inside a Telecom company get unencrypted text or audio from a specific phone number (man-in-the-middle network snooping or packet capture)?
* How to avoid these leaks or what to use (hardware or software) …
