If I turn off iCloud, per Apple, my iMessages become E2E encrypted, this specifically means that I only have the keys to decrypt the message (yes, I know I have to trust them that this is the case). Then, for someone who has turned on iCloud, per Apple that for them iMessages is not E2E encrypted.

But, what happens if I message that person, do my iMessages stop being E2E encrypted. I could not find an answer for this.
