This may be a personal gripe of mine, but too many business development profiles that try to pitch a cybersecurity product are represented by avatars with unrealistically attractive photos. Sometimes even scantily clothed photos.

In an industry rife with complexity, overpromising and underdelivering, I expect any business development to be as deep in expertise as possible, not just someone to get me on a meeting with someone else.
