Does Obsidian.md collect personal data ?

Obsidian looks very useful for my use case but it's closed source and its privacy policy sorta worries me, but I'm aware that it's written in consideration of its Google Drive integration, so I want to give it the benefit of the doubt.

Does anyone know if Obsidian collect personal data during usage, and what kind? If so, any alternatives?
