the idea that the passwords and the authenticator are on a single device doesn't sound great. Ideally, you would want there to be no way that someone could link the authenticator to the password manager(PM).

If the email used for your PM is visible in the authenticator app and that authenticator compromised then a hacker would know which password manager to target next.

I guess the saving grace is it is all very unlikely?
