Does it make sense to go into offsec?

Pentesting is what got me into tech at all. I've spent years working my way through a bachelor's of science in Information Systems degree, help desk roles, certifications, projects, to eventually a threat hunter role. I've been patient and unrelenting in my studies and red teaming is where I ultimately wanna be.
