Does anyone know what UK stores are using facial recognition, and how do I evade it?

Title. I currently know of Co-Op and Tesco, but not many more.
EDIT: I currently wear a ushanka, something like this: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/5/5c/Ushanka_of_Soldier_of_Soviet_Army-5.jpg/90px-Ushanka_of_Soldier_of_Soviet_Army-5.jpg as well as a plain black face mask as well with it whenever I enter stores. I assume this works fine, but I'm still not too sure.
