Does anybody else feel like they aren’t getting anywhere?

I go to work everyday and feel like I accomplish nothing of benifit as an analyst. Then I get off work to study for my degree that I am working on online. I have no motivation to learn anymore. This was a field I loved but not I can’t even sit down to focus at work or on school. Kinda clueless on what to do next.
