I know they periodically will do a bit here and there and understand stockpiling vulnerabilities, mainly this comes from the guy who was hacked back North Korea and when the US didn’t do anything in response he struck back…but he’s a vocal proponent that we should be responding in kind much more often than we do…what do you think?
