I've been recently getting into cybersecurity, currently being a backend engineer, and I'm in the market for a new portable machine.

Is there a general consensus as to what devices are the best for this field of work, as there is for the development scene where the majority dictates macbooks are the best for "digital nomads" when factoring in build quality, specs, reliability etc?
