Do you add extra protection to ”high value targets”, like your CEO?

While we have extra measures/policies etc. for IT and devs privileged access, our CEO and other HVT have not.
It was asked by our CEO after he talked to an external security expert after a speech.
While I can see CEO, CFO being tasty targets, I see phishing/fraud attempts all over the org.
My ideas so far is to do sitdown together:
- Ocular of the HVT’s devices, check intune polices, …
