Do telephone companies save the Internet searches you have made?

When you use your home Wi-Fi, you do it through a telephone operator, and when you do a search on the Internet, Google has a history of this search (but you can delete it), does the same happen with telephone companies? That is, somewhere, apart from Google, it is recorded that I, or my device, did X search on Y day.
