This is an back story to explain but basically surveillance was carried out on someone. They were lead under false pretenses generally the big chain coffee shops, nero, costa and quite a big brand clothes shop.
The guy who orchestrated this was training to be police. Can anyone shed any light as to why this strategy was done?
