Do I to pursue Cyber security master?

My_qualifications are: Cyber security Engineer at a MNC with close 22LPA in Bangalore, India. But really want to go for my master in cyber security.

I have an experience close to 3 years.
Is it a good idea to leave my job and go for masters? Also, my country of choice would either Australia or Germany.
I already got offers in both the countries: Monash in Australia nd University of Frieberg in Germany.
