Hello, I am currently training to land a pentest job, and some colleagues have warned me that they stopped working in offensive security because they had to invest a significant amount of their free time to continuously learn and train in order to maintain the required skill level. To all pentesters/red teamers, do you also dedicate your spare time to work/train/learn and if so, how much? Thanks!
