I'm researching DNS cache poisoning in countries with censorship. Using Wireshark I've been tracing how different countries redirect or poison DNS and have been developing some theories. I wanted to ask some questions (apologies if they're dumb, I am an amateur) about DNS cache poisoning to see if I'm on the right path:
