Disabling Apple DEP server requests on used MacBook

Hey all, if anyone is familiar with Apple’s DEP (Device Enrollment Program), I’d love your help. I recently purchased a used 2015 MacBook Pro from eBay. After throwing in a larger M.2 drive and doing a fresh install of MacOS, I ran across a warning on the initial setup screen stating my device was managed by SalesForce, and I couldn’t proceed.
