Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age www.reddit.com

Signal dropping SMS support brought to my mind a wider issue. Malware/Trojans are mainly injected on mobile phones via SMS using zero-click glitches/bugs, AFAIK, so I am wondering if there is a way to reject SMS traffic altogether. Not just mute or any other form of "dialogue". I mean a solution that blocks this kind of traffic altogether.

Would buying a data-only SIM help? Is there a way to reject SMS but let voice calls pass?
