Did anyone else get a very low raise this previous cycle? How do I ensure I'm staying ahead of inflation without resorting to job hopping?

I work for a larger organization as an entry level analyst. This was the first time I'd been at a job more than a year, and we got our raises back in April and they were only 3-4% for our team.
