Disclaimer: I wrote Dexios, but it is completely free and open-source. It does not collect ANY user data, and everything is done locally on the user's machine. I'm not advertising - I'm just sharing in hopes that someone will find my project useful.

Dexios is secure, fast and cross-platform. I built it with privacy, performance and security in mind - it doesn't even have support for connecting to the internet. No telemetry or data is ever collected.
