Desperate for help

Hey guys I was seeking help with dealing with a internet bully! Recently my girl has been getting harassed by her ex. He has repeatedly sent her death threats and has threatened to leak her pictures. He has also recently made accounts using her baby picture and stole money from her card.
He doesn't live in the states so there is not much I can do that's why I'm desperately needing help from online!
