Defense Contractor to private sector

So I am looking to transition from supporting DoD to the private sector, but I’m having trouble snagging any sort of interview. The vast majority of jobs I’m applying to are on LinkedIn. Currently I do RMF, and I imagine the non-government equivalent would be GRC jobs.

I have 7 years of IT, 3 years of cyber experience. Master’s degree, CISSP.

What is the best avenue for me to pursue? Do I need additional certs? I’d like to stay in …
