Darkgate Malware

Im new to malware analysis. Pulled a .zip from malware bazaarware for darkgate. I extract the file from the .zip. Supposedly this file is a .vbs script. It was my understanding I could read a .vbs in plain text. However it looks like this in cyber chef? Is there A way to make that human readable? Sorry for the iphone picture.
