If I go to starbucks or mcdonalds or wherever and log onto their wifi, can the router owner or isp tell what I am doing on an https website? I understand they can see the url like ebay or craigslist but can they tell

1) what emails I view? the subject of the email? the content in the body of the email?

2) the exact page I visited stuff after the .com for example .com/123.html or only the root domain? …
