Just had a user come in and ask to be removed from our phishing simulation program because she was too busy to deal with them. I do understand and I think I diffused the situation by saying that while it was mandatory for all staff, she didn't have to read the email just click on the 'Phish Alert' button in Outlook if she wasn't expecting an email and I get a copy and can look for legitimacy.
